You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before it starts without any charge. For members with the Athlesis+ Membership, cancellation is allowed up to 4 hours before the class.
The Monthly All-In and Monthly Active subscriptions include one booking per day, and class cancellations are subject to the following terms: – Cancellations can be made up to 8 hours before the class starts without any consequences. – Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the class are recorded as late cancellations. – If a member does not show up without canceling, it is recorded as a no-show. – No shows result in the removal of 2 days from the remaining duration of your Unlimited membership. • Existing reservations are not affected. • The policy applies to maintain availability and ensure fair use of high-demand sessions. Thank you for respecting the policy and helping us keep classes available to all members. – If there is a valid reason (e.g., illness), members can contact our team and we will review the case with understanding.
Yes, we have fully equipped changing rooms and showers so you can freshen up before and after your workout. For hygiene reasons, you will need to bring your own towel.
You can choose a different class than the one you originally booked, without any extra charge, provided there is an available spot. This change can be made between 1 to 8 hours before the class starts by selecting “switch class.”
All classes require advance booking. If there is availability, you can still reserve a spot at the last minute through the app.
For any class you attend, please arrive 10 minutes early. This will allow us to guide you through the gym facilities and give you an introduction to the class trainer. Choose clothing that allows you to move freely. Most participants wear shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt. If your class is Pilates, YogaWorks , we recommend wearing only socks. For other classes, we suggest wearing a pair of athletic shoes that you use exclusively at the gym for hygiene reasons. We encourage you to bring your own water bottles; however, bottled water is also available for purchase on site.
The waiting list applies to all our classes. If a member cancels their participation 8 or more hours before the class starts, the spot is automatically given to the first person on the waiting list. If that person is you, you will receive an immediate email confirming your automatic enrollment. If a member cancels less than 8 hours before the class starts, an email is sent to all members on the waiting list notifying them of the available spot. In this case, the notified member can log into their account and manually book the class. Please note: automatic enrollment does not happen when the cancellation is within 8 hours of the class start. Also, once you confirm your spot in the class, the cancellation policy applies.
No, credits must be used within the time frame defined by each membership. However, members with a Monthly Base subscription have the privilege of carrying over up to 10 credits from month to month, provided the subscription is renewed continuously without interruption.
You can make a purchase either online or at the gym’s reception.
If you have booked a class and, for any reason, we are forced to cancel it, the credits will be returned to your account within a reasonable time.
Each membership is personal and cannot be used by another person.
Access for Athlesis members who are not Tower employees is granted via an entry card. The cost is €20, which is refundable when the member decides to cancel their membership and returns the card in good condition.
Our Coaching service is designed to help you stay on track and train with purpose. Every new member receives a free coaching (focus) session upon joining Athlesis. During this session, you’ll meet with a trainer to: • Discuss your fitness goals • Go through key body measurements and assessments • Receive a customized training plan based on your needs This service ensures that you’re not just working out — you’re following a plan tailored to you. ➡️ A reassessment is recommended every two months to track your progress and update your training plan accordingly.
